Learn To Paint At The Montpelier Public Library

photo WEBButterflies are a sign of spring and warm summer weather. You can paint your own “Butterfly” with Tami Manley on May 7th at the Montpelier Public Library. Tami will have two classes one at 4:00 and the second at 6:30. The $35 fee covers all material costs.
