Montpelier welcomed the new Quality Printing and Design business owners with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
The event was hosted by the Montpelier Area Chamber of Commerce and took place ahead of the community’s Spring Soiree festivities.
Heather Nowaczyk and her husband, John Nowaczyk, officially took over operations of Quality Printing and Design in January 2026. The couple now provides a variety of custom printing services for both businesses and individuals.
This includes business cards, invitations, brochures, posters, stickers, and more. Orders ranging from large bulk projects to smaller single-person requests are completed in-house.
Heather recently closed the chapter on her long-term nursing career, and pivoted into a new direction — serving their community by taking over a local print shop.
Prior to the ribbon cutting, Montpelier Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Kelly Herzog spoke about the couple’s background and commitment to customer service.
“Heather has always had a heart for service to others. Having been a nurse for the past 23 years, she has been able to serve patients in various ways, in many different walks of life.
“She believes in the valuable, quality help and will ensure your expectations are met with excellent and passionate customer service.
“John grew up in the Toledo area, and has built his career in the machining industry.
Within his immaculate attention to detail, they have been able to offer the same quality of work that you have all come to expect.
“John and Heather intend to offer a positive and pleasant experience while working with you all.

“We understand there may be challenges along the way, but they believe in an honest approach while being transparent, dedicated to their customers, (and that) will ultimately lead to their success.
“Their strong commitment to this venture, along with their impeccable work ethic, are ready to serve you.
“They look forward to getting to know you and building a healthy, productive, work relationship with all of you.”
Quality Printing and Design LLC is located at 319 West Main Street in Montpelier, and is open Monday through Friday.
