Montpelier Village Manager Kevin Brooks reported working on a comprehensive plan with Sue Gearhart and getting WEDCO involved.

Brooks is also looking into getting signs for the business district on both ends of downtown.

He is also looking into Heritage Ohio grant applications. He would like to help Gearhart restore Business After Hours events.

Dave Tilly held a moment of prayer for the tragedy in Dallas.

The radio advertisement program with WBNO had as sponsors for July Thompson- Geesey Funeral Homes and Evergreen Manor Nursing Home.

The Building Committee cannot apply for a Bingo license, Gearhart is going to approach the Montpelier Moose to see if they would be interested in a joint adventure and running under their license.

The committee’s next meeting is 6 p.m. Aug. 11.
