(October 7th, 2014): North Central and Hilltop met up in Junior High Buckeye Border Conference competition, with each school taking down one of the matches.
The Lady Cadets won a close first set 25-22. Hilltop pulled away early in game 2, winning the set 25-11.
North Central’s Eighth Graders came from behind to beat the Cadets. After losing game 1 16-25, the Lady Eagles fought back. The second set saw them win 25-18. In a game 3 needed to decide the winner, the North Central girls took the set and the match 25-19.
