(October 9th, 2014): In Junior High Buckeye Border Conference action, Stryker and Edon faced off against one another. The results of the matches were mixed.
In the Seventh Grade match, both teams came out ready to play. The Lady Bombers pulled away late to take the set 25-18. The loss had an impact on the Lady Panthers, who dropped the second set 8-25, giving Edon the victory.
For the Eighth Graders, the match went back and forth between the two teams. The Stryker girls took game 1 25-16. Edon mounted a comeback, winning the second set 25-21. With the game on the line, the Lady Panthers played their at their best, claiming the set and the match 25-13.
