(October 11th, 2014)-Hosting both Edgerton and Patrick Henry, the Lady Eagles of North Central knew they had quite a challenge on Saturday. That challenge got the better of them, as they were defeated by both teams on the day.

Getting of to a sluggish start, North Central fell behind early in their match with Edgerton, Game 1 went to the Bulldogs 25-6. Not content with that performance, the Lady Eagles battled hard in game 2. It wasn’t enough, though, as they dropped the set and the match 20-25.

Patrick Henry was up next for the Lady Eagles. Much like the previous match, game 1 was no friend to the North Central girls. They lost the set to the Patriots 8-25. Also like the first match, North Central rebounded in game 2. Again, they fell short, however, as the Lady Eagles were defeated 22-25, giving Patrick Henry the match.
