DELTA: April 22 – The Pettisville Lady Blackbirds jumped on the bus and drove to Delta for a BBC versus NWOAL throwdown on April 22 against their hosts and Archbold. Delta placed third, but the real rumble was between their visitors.

Archbold was never able to shake Pettisville throughout the entire meet, and until the next to the last event, the Ladybirds were within striking distance. A lone fourth place finish in the high jump with Delta and Archbold taking the top three slots still could not put an end to the meet. First and fourth places in the final event closed the gap, but not enough as Archbold escaped with a 65-63 win over the Ladybirds.
