Four Individuals were sentenced on August 19, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Ah Tone, 22, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, previously pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance Analog. On May 16, 2015, he had in his possession synthetic marihuana. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Tone to 2 years of community control and ordered him to stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, seek and maintain employment, successfully complete drug and alcohol treatment and any aftercare if recommended after the assessment, a six month operator license suspension, with limited driving privileges, and serve 6 days in CCNO with credit for days served. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Tone spending 8 months in prison.
Aaron Bowers, 23, of Archbold, previously pled guilty to Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a Minor. Between August 2014 and December 25, 2014, he engaged in sexual conduct with a minor. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Bowers to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay a $250 fine, register as a Tier II sex offender, have no contact with the victim, have no unsupervised contact with any minor, abide by an 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM curfew, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, successfully complete a sex offender treatment program, if treatment is recommended by the Center for Child & Family Advocacy, and serve 30 days in CCNO with credit for 6 days served. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Bowers spending 12 months in prison.
Michael Kreuz, 55, of Wauseon, previously pled guilty to Possession of Cocaine. On September 11, 2014, he had cocaine in his possession. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Kreuz to 2 years of community control. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Kreuz spending 8 months in prison.
David Evans, 19, of South Bend, Indiana, previously pled guilty to Possession of Drugs. On March 14, 2015, he had in his possession a Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen pill. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Evans to 180 days in CCNO, with credit for days served, and ordered him to participate in the New Beginnings Program.
A Toledo man was sentenced on August 21, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Dorian Yates, 21, previously pled guilty to Theft. Between December 12 and December 13, 2014, he stole checks and cashed them. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Yates to 2 years of community control and ordered him to obtain his GED, abide by an 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM curfew, have no contact with the victim, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, pay restitution to the victim, serve 4 days in CCNO, with credit for 4 days served, and successfully complete the SEARCH program. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Yates spending 11 months in prison.
A Wauseon man was sentenced on August 24, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman. Kyle Shields, 27, previously pled guilty to Grand Theft and Safecracking. Between January 24 and March 5, 2015, he stole a handgun and broke into a locked gun safe. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Shields to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs and court appointed attorney fees, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol or any illegal substances, abide by an 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM curfew, pay restitution of $259.34 to the victim, obtain his GED, and successfully complete the SEARCH program and all aftercare. Failure to comply could result in Mr. Shields spending 18 months in prison.
A Delta man was sentenced on August 25, 2015, in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. David P. Tressler, III, age 33, previously pled guilty, in two separate cases, to Theft and Unauthorized Use of Property. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about February 1, 2015 to February 17, 2015 and March 23, 2015, Mr. Tressler stole jewelry valued at more than $1,000 but less than $7,500 and used the property of another without consent, respectively. Judge James E. Barber sentenced Mr. Tressler to concurrently serve 10 months in prison and 30 days in CCNO. The Court ordered that Mr. Tressler pay any fees, all prosecution costs, and court appointed counsel fees, and make restitution payable through the Fulton County Clerk of Courts.
FULTON COUNTY GRAND JURY
On August 17, 2015, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney Scott A. Haselman.
Andrew D. Roloff, age 20, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one county of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about July 13, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell a drug.
Michael A. Perkins, age 30, Toledo, OH, was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Burglary, six counts of Violating a Protection Order, and two counts of Trespass in a Habitation When A Person is Present or Likely to be Present. On or about June 20, 2015 to July 20, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure in Delta and inflicted or threatened to inflict physical harm on another person. He also allegedly violated the terms of a protection order.
Joseph G. Culler, age 35, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle. On or about July 15, 2015, he allegedly had a handgun in a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Shane B. Machala, age 23, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering. On or about July 21, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Pettisville with purpose to commit a theft.
Jo D. Mohn, age 27, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Breaking and Entering. On or about July 21, 2015, she allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Pettisville with purpose to commit a theft.
Sabrina M. Murphy, age 42, Morenci, MI, was indicted on one count of Theft and one count of Receiving Stolen Property. On or about July 20, 2015, she allegedly stole a motor vehicle license plate and allegedly retained a motor vehicle knowing or having a reasonable cause to believe it had been stolen.
Emmanuel R. Gilmore, age 18, Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Unlawful Possession of Dangerous Ordnance, one count of Possessing a Defaced Firearm, one count of Receiving Stolen Property, one count of Burglary, two counts of Aggravated Burglary, one count of Robbery, and one count of Aggravated Robbery. On or about June 10, 2015 to July 16, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure in Wauseon with purpose to commit a theft offense and allegedly inflicted or threatened to inflict physical harm to another with a deadly weapon that he allegedly displayed. He also allegedly received that firearm knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it was stolen and that its serial number or mark of identification had allegedly been defaced.
William Holcomb, age 27, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Complicity to Commit Burglary, two counts of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Burglary, one count of Complicity to Commit Robbery, and one count of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Robbery. On or about July 16, 2015, he allegedly aided another in committing a burglary and robbery in an occupied structure in Wauseon and the other person allegedly inflicted or attempted to inflict physical harm to another with a deadly weapon.

Frost, Jr., age 20, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Robbery, one count of Complicity to Commit Burglary, two counts of Complicity to Commit Aggravated Burglary, and one count of Complicity to Commit Robbery. On or about July 16, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an occupied structure in Wauseon with purpose to commit a theft offense and allegedly aided or abetted another who inflicted or attempted to inflict physical harm to another with a deadly weapon that he allegedly displayed.
Kelly D. Moore, age 38, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about July 31, 2015, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
Lance E. Adkins, age 28, Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about August 1, 2015, he allegedly caused of attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
Blake A. O’Brien, age 47, Delta, OH, was indicted on two counts of Improperly Handling Firearms in a Motor Vehicle and one count of Grand Theft. On or about August 1, 2015, he allegedly transported a loaded handgun in a motor vehicle while allegedly under the influence of alcohol. Allegedly, he stole the handgun from a residence in Delta.
Ryan T. McCartan, age 27, Toledo, OH, was indicted on seven counts of Breaking and Entering. On or about May 31, 2015 to July 21, 2015, he allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Pettisville with purpose to commit a theft.
Kelsey A. May, age 25, Whitehouse, OH, was indicated on four counts of Breaking and Entering. On or about May 31, 2015 to July 15, 2015, she allegedly trespassed in an unoccupied structure in Pettisville with purpose to commit a theft.
Alejandro J. Garcia, aka Alex Rangel, Alex Garcia, Aleandro J. Garcia-Rangel, age 24, address unknown, was indicted on one count of Failure to Comply With Order or Signal of Police Officer. On or about September 14, 2013, he allegedly operated a motor vehicle, causing substantial risk of serious physical harm to persons or property.
Wendy L. Whaley, age 47, Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Grand Theft and six counts of Forgery. On or about November 26, 2012 to November 17, 2014, she allegedly stole property valued at over $7,500 but less than $150,000, and allegedly forged the endorsements on several checks.
Michael A. Ledesma, age 45, Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Provide Notice of Change of Address. On or about January 12, 2015, he allegedly failed to provide written notice of his address change to the county sheriff within the required time period.
Kyle A. Cervantes, age 21, Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Cocaine, one count of Theft, and one count of Receiving Stolen Property. On or about June 30, 2015 and July 18, 2015, he allegedly possessed cocaine and allegedly stole property valued at over $1,000 but less than $7,500. He allegedly received property knowing or having reasonable cause to believe it had been stolen.
Joshua L. Johnson, age 30, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse and one count of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about June 29, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Justin D. Luna, age 27, Delta, OH, was indicated on one count of Trafficking in Cocaine and two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about January 16, 2015 to March 17, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell cocaine and oxycodone, one time allegedly in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Kendra L. Heath, age 20, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about July 8, 2014, she allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana.
William R. Stites, age 20, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on three counts of Trafficking in Marihuana and two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about October 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Dylan R. Hall, age 19, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Trafficking in Marihuana and two counts of Trafficking in Heroin. On or about February 28, 2014 March 13, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana and heroin.
Harold T. Holt, Jr., age 60, Napoleon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Trafficking in Drugs and two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about August 28, 2015 and September 19, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell hydrocodone/acetaminophen and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse.
Jacob A. Smith, age 26, Swanton, OH, was indicted on two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse, two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and one count of Trafficking in Drugs. On or about March 2, 2015 to March 4, 2015, he allegedly sold of offered to sell morphine and alprazolam and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Lane G. Colon, age 24, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Trafficking in Drugs. On or about May 18, 2015 to June 30, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell morphine and hydrocodone. He also allegedly sold or offered to sell buprenorphine in the vicinity of a juvenile.
David J, Okonski, Jr., age 50, Metamora, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Drugs, one count of Permitting Drug Abuse, and two counts of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about September 15, 2014 to September 29, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell hydrocodone/acetaminophen and marihuana and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used for the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Brandon Rivera, age 24, Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about November 14, 2013, he allegedly sold or offered to sell oxycodone in the vicinity of a juvenile and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Gale P. Dickey, age 40, Archbold, OH, was indicted on three counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about November 14, 2013 to December 5, 2013, he allegedly sold or offered to sell oxycodone and morphine in the vicinity of a juvenile and allegedly permitted premises he owned to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Jacob E. Olson, age 23, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on three counts of Trafficking in Marihuana and two counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about February 13, 2015 to June 8, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana, oxycodone, and hydrocodone.
Matthew J. Lane, age 32, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Marihuana and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about August 4, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Dale H. Heller, age 31, Fayette, OH, was indicted on three counts of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs and one count of Permitting Drug Abuse. On or about March 19, 2014 to July 8, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell amphetamine in the vicinity of a juvenile and allegedly permitted his premises to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Michael L. Rettig, age 46, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Marihuana. On or about July 8, 2014, he allegedly sold or offered to sell marihuana in the vicinity of a juvenile.
Nick M. Fonseca, III, age 45, Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Trafficking in Drugs, two counts of Permitting Drug Abuse, and one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about February 14, 2014, to March 16, 2015, he allegedly sold or offered to sell hydrocodone, once allegedly in the vicinity of a juvenile, and allegedly permitted his vehicle to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
Kimber M. Nadeau, age 34, Wauseon, OH, was indicted on four counts of Trafficking in Marihuana, four counts of Permitting Drug Abuse, one count of Trafficking in Drugs, and one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. On or about February 3, 2014 to December 2, 2014, she allegedly sold or offered to sell hydrocodone, methadone, and marihuana in the vicinity of a juvenile. She also allegedly permitted her premises to be used in the commission of a felony drug abuse offense.
It should be noted that the indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
