FULTON COUNTY PROSECUTOR
The following individuals were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

•Michael L. Harrison, age 38, Wauseon, previously pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Harrison sold a schedule II controlled substance.Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Harrison to serve 13 months in prison. He ordered Mr. Harrison to pay all court costs. He received credit for 63 days in jail.

•Michael J. Kowalis, age 48, of Cecil, previously pled guilty to Inducing Panic. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Kowalis caused serious public inconvenience or alarm and purposely misled public officials in performing their official duties by knowingly initiating a false report.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Kowalis to five years of community control. He ordered Mr. Kowalis to serve 30 days in CCNO with credit for time served; pay court costs; pay a fine of $100; pay restitution in the amount of $5,347.20; successfully complete the Court’s Cognitive Behavioral Therapy program; be assessed at Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio for dual diagnosis and successfully complete any recommended treatment and aftercare; and not enter bars and/or taverns. Mr. Kowalis received credit for 17 days served in jail.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Mr. Kowalis serving 11 months in prison.

•Ricky A. Babcock, age 58, of Bettsville, Ohio, previously pled guilty to Aggravated Trafficking In Drugs. According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, Mr. Babcock sold hydrocodone. Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Mr. Babcock to serve six months in prison. He ordered Mr. Babcock to pay all court costs. Mr. Babcock was ordered to pay $275 in restitution.
