Monday, October 10 Scoring Summary

GIRLS VARSITY SOCCER

Bryan 2, Ottoville 0

Bryan (6-4-4, 3-2 NWOAL) won the non-league game with goals from Allye Minor and Gracie Voigt.

JUNIOR HIGH SOCCER

Pettisville 1, Maumee Valley Country Day 1

The Pettisville Blackbirds tried to avenge an earlier loss, but settled for the tie. The single Blackbirds’ goal was scored by Isaac St.John with the assist from Blake Eyer. Pettisville ends their season with a record of 6-4-1.


VARSITY VOLLEYBALL

Fayette defeated Morenci in four sets with scores of 22-25, 26-24, 25-17 and 25-22. Kelsey Fruchey led the Eagles with 17 kills. She added two service aces. Bailee Smith contributed with 11 kills while serving up three service aces along with two blocks and 10 digs. Kylie Dennison and McKenzee Schaffner each finished with four service aces.

Pettisville defeated the Delta Panthers from the NWOAL in three sets with scores of 26-24, 25-12 and 25-20. The Blackbirds, claiming their 18th win of the season, were led by: Kyra Behnfeldt- 13/15 Serving w/1 Ace, 12 digs; Teagan Kauffman- 6/10 serving, 22/25 Hitting w/6 Kills, 12 Digs; Morgan Leppelmeier- 11/12 Serving w/1 Ace, 20/24 Hitting w/12 Kills; Jess Youse- 11/11 Serving w/1 Ace,  30/33 Hitting w/18 Kills,  3 Solo Blocks; Carly Bontrager- 15/17 Serving w/4 Aces, 89/90 Setting w/36 Assists; Sami Tilley- 8/11 Hitting w/4 Kills. The Panthers finished with the following efforts: Kinsey Finnen 4 aces, 10 kills, 1 block, 15 digs; Mary Miller 8 kills, 3 blocks, 3 digs; Raelyn Hutchinson 14 digs, 1 ace; Emily Clifton 1 ace, 11 digs; Abby Freeman 1 kill, 2 blocks, 16 assist, 4 digs; Destiny Hildreth 2 aces, 11 assists, 3 digs; Darian Elendt 4 kills, 2 blocks, 2 digs.

JUNIOR VARSITY VOLLEYBALL


Delta defeated Pettisville in two set with scores of  25-13 and 25-13. The Blackbirds were led by: Mikayla Graber – 10/10 serving, 4 aces, 15/16 setting, 3 assists;  Mauricea Crouch – 11/11 serving, 34/34 setting, 4 assists; Danielle king – 13/13 serving, 2 aces, 5 digs, 12/13 hitting, 5 kills;  Madeleine Wixom – 4/6 hitting, 4 kills; Jordan Skates- 9/9 hitting, 4 kills;  Ryeana Klopfenstein- 7 digs, 6/7 hitting, 3 kills.

FRESHMEN VOLLEYBALL

Pettisville was a two set winner over Evergreen with scores of 25-19 and 25-15. (No individual game stats submitted.)
