According to the Fayette Police Department, on Friday, September 6th, a traffic stop was conducted at 10:17 p.m. at the 600 Block of West Main Street.
Inside the vehicle was one Angela K. Robertson out of Toledo and an unidentified male passenger who was later determined to be deceased.
According to court documents, an indictment has been filed against Robertson and includes two counts of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless homicide, one count of possession of cocaine, one count of corrupting another with drugs, and one count of permitting drug abuse. No other details are available at this time.
