Thirteen Individuals Indicted By Fulton County Grand Jury

On January 9, 2023, the Fulton County Grand Jury considered indictments charging individuals with Fulton County crimes, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Joseph W. Hill, age 53, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of Drugs. On or about July 24, 2022, he allegedly possessed Fentanyl and 4_ANPP. 23CR11.

Devin M. Leitner, age 24, of Defiance, OH, was indicted on one count of Failure to Appear on Personal Recognizance Bond. On or about December 20, 2022, he allegedly failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court. 23CR5.

Anthony M, Keough, age 24, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on two counts of Rape, one count of Gross Sexual Imposition, and one count of Unlawful Restraint. On or about December 8, 2022, he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with another, and the alleged victim is less than thirteen years of age. On or about December 15, 2022, he allegedly had sexual contact with another and allegedly compelled the other person to submit by force or threat of force. 22CR136.


Josue A. Luna, age 27, of Archbold, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about December 21, 2022, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member, and he allegedly knew said family or household member was pregnant at the time of the violation. 22CR137.

Timothy J. Fonseca, age 30, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on three counts of Felonious Assault. On or about November 7, 2022, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause harm to another by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous ordnance. 23CR8.

Amy S. Mathers, age 48, of Delta, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Cocaine. On or about June 3, 2022, she allegedly possessed cocaine. 23CR7.


Thomas W. Dollarhide, age 30, of Toledo, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about July 12, 2022, he allegedly possessed Methamphetamine. 23CR11.

Douglas W. Clark, age 48, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs. On or about December 27, 2022, he allegedly possessed Methamphetamine. 23CR2.

Quinten R. Miller, age 35, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence, one count of Disrupting Public Services, and one count of Abduction. On or about December 3, 2023, he allegedly impaired the ability of law enforcement officers to respond to an emergency or to protect and preserve any person or property from serious physical harm. He also allegedly restrained the liberty of another under circumstances which created a risk of physical harm, and allegedly caused physical harm to a family or household member. 23CR1.

Jonathon E. Cooke, age 27, of Swanton, OH, was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence. On or about January 4, 2023, he allegedly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member. 23CR6.


Henry W. Marksch IV, age 34, of Fayette, OH, was indicted on one count of Vandalism. On or about January 4, 2023, he allegedly caused physical harm to property that is owned or possessed by another, and said property is necessary for the owner’s business. 23CR9.

James E. Anderson, age 63, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound, one count of Trafficking in a Fentanyl—Related Compound, and one count of Involuntary Manslaughter. On or about May 16, 2022, he allegedly possessed and offered to sell a Fentanyl-Related Compound. He also allegedly caused the death of another at the time of committing the drug offense. 23CR4.

Daniel L. Lane, Jr., age 34, of Wauseon, OH, was indicted on one count of Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one count of Violating a Protection Order. On or about December 26, 2022, he allegedly sold or offered to sell Methamphetamine. On or about December 30, 2022, he allegedly possessed or used Methamphetamine, while violating the terms of a protection order. 23CR3.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
