WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Edgerton Oak Street Sidewalk Project To Be Completed In 2023

Williams County Commissioners began their Regular Session meeting on July 7, 2022, at 10:03 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Bryan Courthouse in the Commissioners room.


Resolution 190 was approved, along with Resolution 191. Resolution 191 is the MVPO Project number 1 for 2022 which allows for the Village of Edgerton Oak Street Sidewalk Improvement.

The sidewalk improvement will go from E. Hull St to E. Gerhart St and is projected to be done by August of 2023.

Also signed was;
•a credit card appropriation for the Prosecutors Office for July of 2022
•Resolution Re Organizing of Joint Board of Defiance and Williams County regarding mud creek
•The Dog Warden report for June 26- July 3rd
•Mortgage release
•Monthly reports of all dogs seized, impounded, surrendered, redeemed and destroyed for June of 2022
•Mortgage release on behalf of Claire and Bobby Stiltner
•Application for tile and ditch repair
•Application 2022-03- Applicant Bradley Louys

Minutes from the previous meeting on June 30 was approved, along with bills as submitted.


At 10:06 a.m. the meeting was moved to stand in recess. At 10:16 the meeting was motioned to an executive session with no action taken.

With no further business left to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 10:49 a.m.
