WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Executive Business; Commissioners Approve Resolutions

The Williams County Commissioners held their March 6, 2023 regular meeting at 9 a.m. Commissioners Lew Hilkert, Bart Westfall, and Terry Rummel were present.

The commissioners approved travel requests, the fiscal report, and the treasurer’s statement. Resolutions 23-0084 and 23-0085 were both approved.

Resolution 23-0084 was a funds transfer request and Resolution 23-0085 was an amendment to the date specified in a contract, as there was an error with the year in the original Sub-Grant Agreement Extension between the Williams County Department of Job and Family Services and GOWBI.

After the minutes of both the February 23, 2023 and March 2, 2023 meetings were accepted and the bills were moved to be paid as presented.

The commissioners entered into executive session; during which they took no actions.
