WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: LPI Contract Entered For Department Of Aging

The Williams County Commissioners met for their regular session on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Commissioners President Terry Rummel, Scott Lirot, and Bart Westfall were in attendance.

Directly after calling the meeting to order, an executive session was held regarding compensation, requested by the Clerk of Courts Nick Lanzer. No action was taken.

After returning to open session at 9:30 a.m., the board approved the minutes from the October 16, 2025, session and the agenda as presented.

The commissioners moved forward to approve the payment of bills and transfer appropriations for departments within the county.

Transfers for the Board of Elections, Commissioners’ Office, EMS, Engineer’s Department, Hillside Country Living, and Job and Family Services were approved. A service agreement on behalf of the Department of Aging was entered into with LPI.

Credit card appropriations for the Sheriff’s and Commissioners’ Office were passed for the month of November. A change order for Project #5-2025, the Asphalt Paving Program, was passed.


An additional executive session was held at 9:50 a.m. to discuss discipline, requested by Rummel. No action was taken, and the meeting was adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
