WILLIAMS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Meetings Held With Land Bank, Hillside & JFS

Monday and Thursday, May 23 and 26, 2022 both held extremely short regular sessions for the Williams County Commissioners with just a few approvals to be given. On Monday, Commissioners Terry Rummel and Brian Davis approved:

-Resolution 153 Supplemental appropriations

-Resolution 154 Passport Medicaid Waiver contract between Area Office on Aging of Northwest Ohio and Williams County Dept. of Aging


-Also Signed an Updated reimbursement approval letter for JFS

-Minutes dated May 19, 2022 and payment of bills
At 11 that morning they met in their Conference room with Kellie Gray for a Land Bank meeting.

Thursday’s regular session was much the same but with all three commissioners present. The commissioners met at 8:30 with Darrell Moore, Executive Director of Hillside Country Living for their monthly meeting and then at 11:00 with Fred Lord, Director of JFS, for their Quarterly (fiscal update) meeting.


Regular session began at 10:02, with the commissioners approving:

-Resolution 155 Supplemental Appropriations on behalf of Commissioners and EMS

-Resolution 156 Entering into MOU on behalf of WC JFS


-Also signed Monthly Expenditure for Credit Card for Commissioners, Recorder and Auditor; Dog Warden report for May 16-22, 2022; application for Tile or Ditch Repair #2022-01 Timothy Rupp; Request to work within Road Right of Way submitted by Everstream GLC Holding, LLC for CRD west of CR13 and east of CR12 for Fiber Directional Bore; Quate for Business Cards from the Hubbard Co. for IT Dept.

-Minutes for May 23, 2022 and payment of bills

At 10:04 they went into a Recess, reconvening at 10:36 to adjourn for regular session.
