Williams County Grand Jury Indicts Twelve

A Williams County Grand Jury issued in indictments against twelve individuals on Tuesday, February 21. Those indicted included:

Caulkins, Cory J. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted on one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle (M1) and one count of theft (F5).

Coker, Ryan M. (West Unity, Ohio). Indicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor (F4).

Crenshaw, Gary E. Jr. (Vernon, Texas). Indicted on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (M1) and one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle (F5).

Gaoiran, Kimberly (Stryker, Ohio). Indicted for theft (F5).


Guelde, Tyler W. (Alvordton, Ohio). Indicted on one count of vandalism (F5) and one count of assault (F4).

Jones, Dustin R. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drug of abuse (F4) and one count of driving under suspension (M1).

Ogle, Amanda M. (Oregon, Ohio). Indicted for failure to appear (F4).

Osborn, Kellie F. (Hamilton, Ohio). Indicted for theft from a person in a protected class (F2).

Osborn, Timothy R. (Hamilton, Ohio). Indicted for theft from a person in a protected class (F2).

Sands, Matthew D. (Montpelier, Ohio).  Indicted for failure to notify change of address (F4).


Vasquez, Jeremy X. (Bryan, Ohio). Indicted for failure to notify change of address (F3).

Wieland, Jonathon M. (Montpelier, Ohio). Indicted for gross sexual imposition (F3).

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
