Wauseon 69 Pettisville 32

WAUSEON – Marisa Seiler and Autumn Pelok each had 24 points for Wauseon as they knocked off Pettisville (2-14) in a non-league contest. Hayley Meyer added 14 for the Indians, who are now 11-3 on the season. Amanda Grimm had five field goals for 10 points to lead the Blackbird attack.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Wauseon, 42-35

Paulding 53 Delta 51

DELTA –Audrey Giesige broke a school record with seven three-pointers, (six in second half) to finish with 28 points as Paulding (5-9) stormed back from an 11-point halftime deficit to edge Delta (3-12) 53-51.

Delta’s Grace Munger dialed up four makes from beyond the arc on her way to 16 points followed by Alani Hass with 11 and Sophia Burress tallied 10.

HICKSVILLE – The homestanding Aces (10-5) outscored Montpelier (12-3) 15-0 in the second quarter to take control for a 49-29 victory. Trinity Richmire was the lone Loco in double digits with 10.

JUNIOR VARSITY: Montpelier, 27-16

Stryker 46 Edgerton 33

EDGERTON – Sage Woolace scored 14 of her game-high 24 points in the first half and Stryker (9-6) held Edgerton scoreless in the third quarter to pull away for a 46-33 win. Dominique Fort hit two triples and was 4/4 at the line for 10 points to pace Edgerton (2-13).

North Central 46 MVCD 41

PIONEER – Madison Brown scored seven of her 11 points in the final stanza as North Central (8-7) came from behind to get the 46-41 home win.

With a layup in the third quarter, Brown, who currently stands at 1,133 career points, became the North Central Lady Eagles all-time leading scorer, passing the mark of 1,124 points set in the 1982-1983 season by Tammy Parker.

OTTAWA HILLS – The Green Bears were just 1/8 in the fourth quarter at the free throw line as Edon (3-13) rallied to tie the game and then pullout a one-point win in overtime.

Olivia Mitchell scored seven points in the extra session to finish with a team-high 13 points and Ashley Kaylor had 10 for the Bombers.

SWANTON – Wauseon (1-7, 1-5 NWOAL) led 1,755-1,679 following match play and then won two of the three Baker Games (175-150, 175-139, 140-148) to seal the league win. Parker Black tallied a 383 (214, 169) series to lead a balanced Wauseon effort with Ryan Marks rolling a 363 (211, 152) and Kage Little had a 356 (181, 175). Brody Waugh posted the top series for Delta (2-7, 1-7 NWOAL) with a 379 (179, 200).

SWANTON – Danielle Carr fired an opening game of 225 and Jayde Ramos had a 204 to lift Wauseon (2-3, 1-3 NWOAL) to their first NWOAL win of the season. Carr ended with the high series (398) for Wauseon, Ramos posted a 383 series, and Natalie Stevens registered a 367 (145, 222).

Lexi Brown was had the high series for the Panthers (2-6, 1-6 NWOAL) with a 357 (166, 191) and Ciarra Flickinger added a 343 (180, 163).
