15 Indicted By Williams County Grand Jury

Members of the Williams County Grand Jury Convened on April 17, 2018 and returned indictments against 15 individuals facing 25 charges.  Those indicted include:

Elizabeth A. Berry, 39, was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony. It is alleged that Berry possessed or used methamphetamine on or about March 6, 2018.

Jessica M. Culbertson, 26, of West Unity was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony. It is alleged that Culbertson possessed or used methamphetamine on or August 11, 2017.

Jacob T. Kelly Branham, 38, of Grover Hill, Ohio was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony. It is alleged that Kelly Branham possessed or used methamphetamine on or about November 29, 2017.

Braden R. Hahn, 19, of Bryan was indicted on one count of Burglary, a second degree felony, and one count of Grand Theft, a fourth degree felony. It is alleged that Hahn unlawfully entered a residential property for the purpose of committing a criminal offense on or about April 4, 2018.  It is additionally alleged that Hahn stole a Plum Crazy AR-15 rifle at that time.

Jennifer J. Holtz, 38, was indicted for Possession of Cocaine, a fifth degree felony. It is alleged that Holtz possessed or used methamphetamine on or about February 1, 2018.

Erik S. Noykos, 26, of Bryan was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, each a fifth degree felony, and one count of Failure to Appear, a fourth degree felony. The charges allege that Noykos possessed or used methamphetamine on or about March 26 and March 31, 2018 as well as that Noykos failed to appear as required by the court in connection with a felony charge.

Ty G. Orick, 19, of Bryan was indicted on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony. It is alleged that Orick used or possessed methamphetamine on or about March 10, 2017.

TC A. Perry, 31, of Angola, Indiana was indicted on two counts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, each a fifth degree felony; one count of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer, a third degree felony; and one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a third degree felony. It is alleged that, on or about January 18, 2018, Perry possessed or used methamphetamine and Fentanyl.  It is additionally alleged that, on or about March 20, 2018, Perry failed to bring a motor vehicle to a stop after beings signaled to do so by a police officer as well as that Perry used or possessed methamphetamine on that date.

Kevin T. Ridgway, 36, of Bryan was indicted for Possession of Heroin, a fifth degree felony.  It is alleged that Ridgway possessed or used heroin on or about March 21, 2018.

Stacey M. Saurer, 44, of Fort Wayne, Indiana was indicted for Failure to Appear, a fourth degree felony. It is alleged that Saurer failed to appear as required by the court in connection with a felony charge.

Roger A. Shull, 60, of Edgerton, Ohio was indicted for Grand Theft, a fourth degree felony.  It is alleged that, on or about October 14, 2017, Shull attempted to deprive the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Bureau of Unemployment Compensation of services total $9000.

Troy D. Smith, 20, Williams County was indicted on a total of three counts including Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Aggravated Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Heroin.  All charges are fifth degree felonies.  The charges allege that Smith possessed or used methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin on or about April 11, 2018.

Elaine N. Trigo, 35, of Celina, Ohio was indicted on a total of three counts including Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Aggravated Possession of Cocaine, and Possession of Heroin.  All charges are fifth degree felonies.  The charges allege that Trigo possessed or used methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin on or about April 11, 2018.

David G. Waue, 31, of Montpelier was indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth degree felony.  It is alleged that Waue possessed or used methamphetamine on or about March 8 and March 10, 2017.

Skyler L. Yoder, 26, of Hicksville was indicted on one count of Domestic Violence, a fourth degree felony, and one count of Vandalism, a fifth degree felony. The charges allege that Yoder caused or attempted to cause harm to a household family member on or about February 20, 2018 and that he had previous pleaded guilty to or been convicted of Domestic Violence.  It is additionally alleged that Yoder caused physical harm to a 2017 Ford Explorer patrol vehicle owned by The City of Bryan.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
