WAUSEON – On September 12th the Pettisville Blackbirds played host to the Hilltop Cadets and Tinora Rams at Ironwood Golf Course. The hosts nipped there BBC counterparts 199-202, but couldn’t overcome the 160 shot by the Rams.
Once again Tyler Herschberger led the way for Pettisville with a 43, while Evan King shot 49. Reed Behnfeldt ended with a 50, while Greg Kempf and Ben Grader checked in at 57. Matt Krill finished the round with a total of 59 for the Blackbirds.
Isaac VanArsdalen and Matt Schmitt paced the Cadets with rounds of 49, while Trevor Shipman and Travis Haynes covered the course in 52 strokes each. Jesse Westfall, 56 and Josiah Law, 66 concluded the scoring for Hilltop.
