Two Wauseon Residents Sentenced In Fulton County Common Pleas Court

Two residents of Wauseon were sentenced in Fulton County Common Pleas court on September 18th, 2018 according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.

Jo D. Mohn, age 30, previously pled guilty to Possession of Cocaine, According to Fulton County Prosecutor Scott Haselman, on or about June 1, 2017, Ms. Mohn possessed cocaine.

Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentenced Ms. Mohn to two years of community control. He ordered Ms. Mohn to serve six days in CCNO with credit for time served; pay prosecution costs and half of the court-appointed attorney fees; be assessed by a drug/alcohol treatment facility and successfully complete any recommended treatment; not consume or possess alcohol or illegal drugs; not enter bars and/or taverns; comply with an 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. curfew; provide proof of a GED within 30 days or obtain it during the community control period; and seek and maintain gainful employment.

Failure to abide by these conditions could result in Ms. Mohn serving 11 months in prison.


Robert Kroeger, 38, of 450 Cedar St., previously pleaded guilty to Theft. Between February 22, 2015 and December 6, 2016, he falsely reported that he was not working, so that he would receive unemployment benefits.

Judge Jeffrey L. Robinson sentenced Mr. Kroeger to 1 year of community control and ordered him to stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, complete the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Program, and serve 2 days in CCNO within 60 days.

Failure to comply could result in Mr. Kroeger spending 178 days in CCNO.
