A Delta, Ohio man was sentenced on October 12th, 2018 in the Fulton County Common Pleas Court according to county prosecutor Scott A. Haselman.
Tyler Reed, 25, of 913 Linwood Ct., previously pleaded guilty to two counts of Possession of Heroin. On December 14, 2017 and February 8, 2018, he possessed Heroin.
Judge Jeffrey Robinson sentence Mr. Reed to 2 years of community control and ordered him to pay prosecution costs, stay out of bars/taverns, not possess or consume alcohol, abide by an 11:00pm to 6:00am curfew, complete the SEARCH Program, and be assessed for the Fulton County Drug Court, ans successfully complete if recommended.
Failure to comply could result in Mr. Reed spending 11 months in prison.
