According to the Defiance County Prosecutor’s Office, three Williams County residents are facing felony charges.

• Chelsie R. Carter, 23, of Pioneer, on one county of retaliation, a third-degree felony, and one count of violating a protection order, a first-degree misdemeanor. Authorities allege Carter threatened an individual for reporting a crime on Jan. 7 and also violated the terms of a protection order by contacting the protected party.

• David J. Bakle Sr., 61, of Bryan, on two counts of inducing panic, one a fourth-degree and the other a fifth-degree felony.
