Morgan McCandless of West Unity, Ohio, has received the President’s Scholarship through the Scholarship for Excellence program at Youngstown State University.
McCandless is majoring in Pre Dental Hygiene.
Scholarships for Excellence are for incoming YSU freshmen students.
