Fayette Lady Eagles Battle Emmanuel Christian; Fall In Five Sets

EMMANUEL CHRISTIAN – The Fayette Lady Eagles hit the road on September 28, traveling to take on Emmanuel Christian. The Lady Eagles picked up the first set 25-16, fell in the second set 25-18, battled back to win a 27-25 overtime thriller in the third and then lost the fourth by the score of 25-10. The Lady Eagles then lost the fifth and deciding set 15-12.

For Fayette, Taylor Hartman had 4 kills and 4 aces along with 21 digs, Paige Keefer had 2 kills and 22 digs, Jena Meyers had 17 assists and 16 digs and 5 aces, Jessie Wheeler hammered down 4 kills, 2 aces and 5 digs. Kaela Seiler added 8 kills, an assist and 13 digs, Michaela Bates had 5 kills, an ace and 14 digs, while Ceieria Keller had 7 digs and Rylee Ruger chipped in 3 digs in the loss for the Lady Eagles.
