TEEN READ WEEK – Teen Read Week will be celebrated October 15-20. The theme is “Dare to Read for the Fun of It!” This is a time to celebrate reading and to encourage teens to take advantage of reading in all its forms: from books to magazines, e-books, audiobooks, etc. and to get them to become regular library users. We will be having games and drawings throughout the week for our teens. Also, there will be a special treat for every teen that checks out a book. Stop in during the week of October 15-20 and join us for some fun!

NEW BOOK DISCUSSION GROUP – Veronica Molina is planning on forming a new book discussion group in January. If you are interested in joining, please call the library or stop in at the adult circulation desk by November 30, 2012. We will then contact you with the meeting time for January. Those interested will decide on the date, time, and genre of book to be read for the February book discussion.

LOOKING AHEAD – The Thursdays @ 7 Book Club will meet at the end of the month on Thursday, October 25. The book that will be discussed is Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand.
