FOSTORIA – Sixteen teams and 146 total runners…that was what the lady harriers of Stryker, Pettisville and Fayette were in the middle of at the 2012 Fostoria Invitational on October 6. Despite the heavy competition, all three squads performed well at the event, with Fayette taking seventh place, Pettisville ninth and Stryker tenth.
Jill Stuckey, who has emerged as an elite distance runner, was first across the line for Fayette with a 16th place overall finish. Megan Graber led Stryker with a 27th place finish, and Samantha Shinhearl fronted Pettisville with a 30th place finish.
