The Williams County Sheriff’s Department in the conjunction with the US Marshall service arrested Willie L. Bland Jr., 46, of Holiday City at 5:28 p.m. tonight (August 25th, 2014).
Bland was served a felony warrant out of Richmond Virginia for Rape. Mr. Bland was taken into custody without incident and transported to CCNO. Information provided by the Sheriff’s Office.
