It had been scheduled for Maumee Valley Planning Organization (MVPO)to be present at 10:30 for the Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 session, but due to covid they were unable to come.
During the regular session held at 10, Commissioners Lew Hilkert and Terry Rummel approved Resolution 65 “a Subrecipient Grant Agreement Amendment on behalf of MVPO and Sarah’s
Friends, Inc. the subrecipient (Sarah’s Friends) will receive a portion of the County’s CDBG-CV funds,” The amendment extends the grant completion date from March 31, 2022 to September 30, 2022.
The commissioners also approved:
-The regular Transfer Resolution
-Resolution 64 Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification on behalf of the Sheriff
-Also signed: Disposal request from Sheriff’s office; ODOD Certificate of Determination of Subsequent Exemption for a Categorical Exclusion Project in the Village of Edgerton; Dog Warden Report February 7-13, 2022; request for proposal that came from Maumee Valley; a CHIP payoff release form regarding John and Katlyn Walker who participated in the CHIP program in 2008; and credit card appropriation request for Commissioners office.
-Minutes for February 14, 2022 and payment of bills.
With no further business, they adjourned for the day.
