FULTON COUNTY COMISSIONERS: Commissioners Approve Resolution Regarding 911 Levy Renewal

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, April 19th at 9:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting that took place on April 14th.

The current agenda and payment of bills as presented were also approved. The following agenda items were then discussed and approved by Commissioners.


-Resolution 2022-276 for the increase & transfer of appropriations for various departments.

-Resolution 2022-277 for the transfer of funds for the 1st Quarter 2022 General Fund Reimbursements- fuel, supplies, copies, and utilities.

-Resolution 2022-278 to approve contract 2022-49 with R.G. Zachrich for bridge D11.4replacement on behalf of engineer.


-Resolution 2022-279 to request the County Auditor to provide the required tax levy information- 9-1-1 Levy Renewal.

-Resolution 2022-280 to appoint a part time intermittent housekeeper.

-Resolution 2022-281 to approve purchase orders and travel requests.

Commissioners then held the first viewing of Ditch 2146-Clinton Township. Following the viewing of the ditch, Commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting for the morning.


Commissioners then held their second meeting of the week on Thursday, April 21st at 9:00 a.m. The meeting was called to order followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Commissioners first moved to approve the minutes from the previous meeting that took place on April 19th. The agenda was then approved as presented before the following reviews took place.

A review for the weekly dog warden reports for periods ending April 2nd, 2022, and April 9th, 2022. A review for the Ohio Unemployment Rate Report for March 2022.

A review for the Engineers 2021-2022 snow and ice control report. A review of the certificate of estimated property tax revenue.

The following agenda items were then approved.

-Resolution 2022-284 for the increase & transfer of appropriations for various departments.

-Resolution 2022-285 to approve amendment #1 to Contract 2022-45 with MetaLink Technologies.

-Resolution 2022-286 to approve the certification of Determination of Subsequent Exemption for a Categorical Exclusion Project- Fayette Wellfield Fencing Project.

-Resolution 2022-287 to approve purchase orders and travel request.

-Resolution 2022-288 declaring it necessary to levy a tax in excess of the 10-mil limitation.

Commissioners then heard from CMT Scott Gruber and Treasurer Char Lee regarding an investment update. Following the presentation, Commissioners moved to adjourn for the morning.
