The male Athlete of the Week is Edon baseball player and track athlete Gannon Ripke. In a 7-0 win over Stryker, Ripke tallied 10 strikeouts as he threw the 13th no-hitter in school history.
Ripke also had success on the track as he won the 100m dash, was second in the 200, and was part of the 4×100 relay team that also was second at the Hicksville Invitational.
