ARCHBOLD – Archbold Middle School was the site of the NWOAL Junior High Boys and Girls Basketball Tournament title games.
The day started with the 7th grade girls’ title tilt where Bryan pulled out a 27-22 win over Patrick Henry.
The 7th grade boys were up next and the Archbold Bluestreaks polished off an 18-0 season by defeating Bryan 38-27.
The game of the day with the 8th grade girls’ championship game between Bryan and Wauseon. The Indians rallied to force overtime where the clawed out a 32-31 victory.
The 8th grade boys ended the day as Patrick Henry wrapped up an undefeated season of their own after knocking off Wauseon 35-26.
