Wauseon Shooting Kills One, Two Suspects At Large

imagesOn April 25th, 2015 at 1:08 a.m. the Wauseon Police Department was dispatched to a parking lot in the 100 block of Depot Street referencing a shooting.  Upon the officer’s arrival, a male subject had been shot.  The victim was transported to the Fulton County Health Center in very serious condition.  The victim was pronounced dead at FCHC.

The next of kin have been notified and the deceased has been identified as Joshua S. McJilton, age 27, of Oceanside California and formerly of Wauseon.

The Wauseon Police Department is currently investigating.  We are looking for two male suspects that were seen fleeing the scene.  Anyone with information about this crime is urged to call the Wauseon Police Department at 419-335-3821.

The Wauseon Police Department has identified one of the suspects as Romualdo M. Cordoba Jr. age 38 of Archbold and rural Fulton County.

A nationwide arrest warrant has been issued for Romualdo M. Cordoba Jr. for Murder. Anyone having knowledge of Romualdo’s location is cautioned not to approach, and he is considered armed and dangerous. Please contact your local law enforcement agency or the Wauseon Police Department at 419-335-3821
