WILLIAMS COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY Special Meeting Held For Project Extensions & Bid Releases

The Williams County Port Authority held a special meeting on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 12 noon.

Present were Sean Rupp, Richard Reed, Dawn Fitzcharles, David Newcomer, Bill Martin, and Ashley Epling, and visiting was Commissioner Westfall. Absent were Stacy Lillard and Tyson Stuckey.

Invoices for the Andelynn Homes were approved, as were extensions to the 205 Bunny Lane property in Edon and the 504 Curtis Street property and a change order form.

Bids were approved for contractors at 108 Linden Street in Montpelier, 110 Lynn Street in West Unity, and 109 King Street in Stryker.

Fitzcharles was approved to attend a local government officials training in March, and the WCPA then voted to enter into executive session at 12:24 p.m.
