BUSINESS AS USUAL The Williams County Commissioners two regular sessions last week resulted in the approval of nine resolutions

The Williams County Commissioners met in regular session on Tuesday and Thursday last week, with Tuesday beginning around 11 a.m.
They first welcomed their new intern, Elizabeth Fritsch, before moving on to pass three resolutions. They also approved the notice of award for the Edgerton Oak Street Rehabilitation Project, April’s financial report and financial statement, as well as the minutes from their May 2nd meeting and the bills as presented.
After an extension for a real estate purchase agreement was signed, the commissioners entered into executive session with Dave Newcomer to discuss the purchase of property.
Thursday’s regular session started out a little after 9 a.m. and began with the approval of 6 resolutions. They then approved the Dog Warden report through April 29th, as well as the minutes from Tuesday’s meeting and the bills as presented by the auditor before adjourning for the week.
This week’s resolutions: 24-00168: approved supplemental appropriations; 24-00169: awarded the Edgerton Oak Street Rehabilitation project bid; 24-00170: approved an amendment to the print services agreement for the copiers and printers; 24-00171: approved transfer requests; 24-00172: an agreement addenda to a JFS IVE-E agreement; 24-00173: an addenda to a sub-grant agreement with JFS; 24-00174: a MOU with Rose Pest Solutions; 24-00175: permission to submit an application for the 2024 CDBG; 24-00176: accepted tax and levy rates and amounts for 2025
