The Montpelier Chamber of Commerce held its annual golf outing on Friday, August 16th at Patriot Hills Golf Course.

The golf outing is an annual fundraiser for the Chamber. Twelve 4-person teams participated in the event. The first prize for golfers was $500 for the team, and 2nd place received $250 for the team.

Door prizes donated by chamber members were also awarded to the golfers, and there were hole challenges for Longest Putt (Men and Ladies), Longest Drive (Men and Ladies), and Closest to the Pin (Men and Ladies) with prizes awarded for those as well.

Four of a Kind Entertainment provided additional fun on the course. The Chamber also organized a couple of fun hole games during the event. A 50/50 drawing was held, and the proceeds were donated to the Montpelier Schools Lunch Program.
