Williams County Grand Jury Hands Down Twelve Indictments

(PRESS RELEASE) – The Williams County Grand Jury recently convened to consider indictments charging individuals with Williams County crimes, according to the Williams County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

-ALLEN DARRINGTON JR., age 32, of Toledo, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Felonious Assault.

-DION PALLONE, age 42, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs and one account of Possession of Drugs.

-CHARITY TIMBROOK, age 33, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Theft From a Person in a Protected Class and one account of Forgery.


-LEE WHITE, age 54, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Extortion, two accounts of Menacing by Stalking, one account of Telecommunications, and one account of Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images.

-ANN PHILLIPS, age 42, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on three accounts of Endangering Children.

-NICHOLAS PHILLIPS, age 41, of Bryan, Ohio, was indicted on 32 accounts of Rape, two accounts of Gross -Sexual Imposition, three accounts of Corrupting Another With Drugs, and three accounts of Illegal Use of Minor in Nudity-Oriented Material or Performance.


-DANIEL GILL, age 26, of Ridgeville Corners, Ohio, was indicted on 25 accounts of Rape, two accounts of Gross Sexual Imposition, and one account of Importuning.

-WALTER DUNNING, age 76, of Cottonwood, Arizona, was indicted on one account of Rape.

-TRAVIS WHALEY, age 33, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Grand Theft of a Motor Vehicle and one account of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

-CHERI INGERSOLL, age 56, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.


-CRAIG KOCH, age 51, of Montpelier, Ohio, was indicted on one account of Aggravated Possession of Drugs.

-SARAH CLOUSE, age 37, of Jonesville, Michigan, was indicted on one account of Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility, two accounts of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and one account of Tampering with Evidence.

It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation, and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
