FULTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: Deal Struck With Village Of Archbold For Senior Citizen Satellite Center

COMMISSIONERS … Fulton County Commissioners work through the day’s agenda items that have been brought before them.

The Fulton County Commissioners held their first meeting of the week on Tuesday, August 27th. The meeting began at 8:59 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.

Minutes for the previous meeting held on August 22nd were then approved, along with the current agenda and payment of the bills.


Commissions then moved to review a transfer facility inspection report from the Health Department, as well as a grant closeout letter for Airport Improvement Grant #3-39-0087-017-2021. The following agenda items were then approved.

– Resolution 2024-665 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-666 Enter Into Contract 2024-88 with Village of Archbold for Senior Citizens Satellite Center- Archbold Scout Cabin.


– Resolution 2024-667 Authorize Board President to Execute ODSA OCEAN User Role and Assignments.

– Resolution 2024-668 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

With no other items to attend to, Commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:03 a.m.

Commissioners then held their second meeting of the week on Thursday, August 29th. The meeting began at 9:00 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.


Minutes from the August 27th meeting were then approved, along with the current agenda and following agenda items.

– Resolution 2024-671 Increase & Transfer Appropriations for Various Departments.

– Resolution 2024-672 Approve Payment #1 to Contract 2024-75 with Oglesby Construction for 2024 Pavement Marking Program.

– Resolution 2024-673 Approve Personnel Request for Senior Center.

– Resolution 2024-674 Approve Purchase Orders and Travel Requests.

Commissioners then moved to enter into recess at 9:02 a.m. before returning later and entering into executive session.

Following the executive session, and with no actions being taken, Commissioners moved to adjourn the meeting.
