DEFIANCE (September 20, 2024) – Carter Stuckey led a balanced Wauseon scoresheet with a 74, Ethan Schnitkey and Jack Alstaetter each fired a 79, and Mykale Schneider added an 80 as the Indians won the NWOAL league title.

The championship is Wauseon’s 15th in program history and their first since 2014.

Fulton County rival Archbold was a close second with a 320 paced by Grady Short’s 72 and Zach Short fired a 78.


Kai Dauber posted a 75 and Brayden Hall followed with a 79 as Bryan took third with a 324 and Swanton was fifth, topped by NWOAL Golfer of the Year Mazin Rukieh who shot a one-under 71 to top the field overall.

Delta was just seven strokes behind the Bulldogs with a 340 led by a 73 from Lane Lopez and Evergreen got an 88 from Michael Laver to finish seventh with a 363.
