PRESS RELEASE – Fulton County Clerk of Courts Tracy L. Zuver has provided an end of year report for 2025, with 2024 in parenthesis, with the following:
New cases filed in the legal department 2,476 (2,282); domestic 198 (179), civil 323 (270), criminal 160 (183) and miscellaneous 21 (19), Judgment Liens 1,763 (1,621), and Appeals 11 (10) with a total of fees collected being $668,815.47 ($563,790.74).
The title department issued a total of 14,135 (15,989) titles; new cars 727 (841), used cars 7,999 (8,265), new trucks 511 (513), used trucks 3,507 (3,753), vans 200 (159), motorcycles 502 (538), manufactured homes 152 (174), trailers 216 (223), travel trailers 392 (319), motor homes 310 (297), buses 16 (6), off-road vehicles 421 (447), watercraft 213 (179), outboard motors 59 (63), other 232 (212), watercraft registrations 479 (2362), driver exams 1,418 (1,475) with a total of fees collected being $7,413456.21 ($8,648,034.22).
