MONTPELIER – Hilltop pulled away in the second half as the Cadets captured a 37-25 Buckeye Border Conference win over Montpelier. The Cadets (4-12, 1-3 BBC) outscored Montpelier, 17-9, in the second half.

Sophia Crossgrove led Hilltop with 15 points and Kenley Routt added 10 points. Zoe Uribes and Bella Ramos had seven points each for Montpelier (1-13, 1-3 BBC).
