Bryan City Council Meeting was held on Oct. 5, 2015. Bryan Police Chief Mike Willis requested council’s approval to hire Mason Zuck as Patrol Office effective on Oct. 6, 2015 and it was agreed upon to do so. Fire Chief announced that the week as Fire Prevention Week and encouraged all to check smoke alarms. Mayor Johnson reminded all about the open house that was to be held at Bryan Municipal Utilities in honor of Public Power week. He also indicated that Trick or Treat was set to be held on Oct. 31 from 6pm until 7:30pm.
It was moved to go into Executive Session to discuss acquiring of property and it passed. No further items were discussed at the time and Executive Session was moved to adjourn at 6:35pm and passed.
