On Oct. 7, 2026, a Fulton County Common Pleas Court jury found Rory Figley, 41, of Lyons, Ohio, guilty of domestic violence, a misdemeanor of the first degree, according to the Fulton County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
A Fulton County grand jury had previously indicted Figley for the Dec. 8, 2025, offense, when he knowingly caused or attempted to cause physical harm to a family or household member.
The jury of five men and seven women deliberated approximately 75 minutes before returning its guilty verdict.
The case was prosecuted by Fulton County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Paul H. Kennedy. Figley was represented by attorney Joseph Sobecki.
The court ordered a presentence investigation, and Figley was placed on an own recognizance bond.
