A total of six individuals were indicted by a Williams County Grand Jury on April 19.
Andrew L. Wiler of Montpelier was indicted on a total of four counts including one count of manufacture of drugs (F2), one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (F#), one count of aggravated possession of drugs (F5), and one count of possession of heroin (F5).
Brent R. Reynolds of West Unity was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle (F5).
Amanda L. Recollet of Bryan was indicted on one count of tampering with evidence (F4).
Michael L. Pritchard of Montpelier was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (F5) and one count of resisting arrest (M2).
Jessica R. Stotz of West Unity was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (F3).
Amanda S. Witham of West Unity was indicted on one count of possession of heroin (F5).
It should be noted that an indictment is merely an accusation and that all criminal defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
