Annual Banquet Of Fulton County Genealogical Society To Feature Great Food & Genealogy Tips

DELTA – The next Fulton County Genealogical Society meeting is Tuesday, June 14 for “The Good Old Summertime” Annual Banquet. Dinner prepared by the ladies of Trinity Lutheran Church will begin at 6 p.m. The menu includes Smothered Pork Chops, Baked Chicken & Dressing, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots, Olive Garden Salad, Rolls, Red Velvet Cake, and White Wedding Cake with Coffee, Water, Tea or Lemonade. Cost is $15.00 per person and reservations are due by June 6, 2016. Reservations can be sent to PO Box 337, Swanton or to Maryam Berta at maryam0421@roadrunner.com or 419-878-2267.

Henry Timman will present the program on “Tips From The Trenches” beginning at 7 p.m. Mr. Timman retired as Chief Deputy of Huron County Probate court, First Vice President for OGS and a professional genealogist of 55 years.

Fulton County Genealogical Society meetings are held at Trinity Lutheran Church. 410 Taylor St., Delta. Parking and entry is on the back side of the church.
