Montpelier welcomed a new business this week with a familiar name at 216 West Main Street. Most locals and much of Williams County recall eating at Eicher’s years ago. Daughter Tarry is carrying on the tradition and bringing the family with her as they are now open for business with Eicher’s Subs. Travelling recently in a food truck, she has put down roots to offer your favorites – including the famous stramboli – on a daily basis. Tarry says it’s a family affair and Mom Ilene notes “the family that works together, stays together”. Offering subs, salads, soups and bread, stop in or give them a call at 419-485-1678. Back row: Cody Nelson, Kamie Nelson, Kimberly Sharp, Penny Burlew, Nicole Schieber, Patty Eicher and Mackenzie Eicher.
