Immediate Release: 4-H Camp Palmer Needs Volunteers April13, 2013 All Camp Clean Up

In order to open and improve the grounds of 4-H Camp Palmer, please join us on Saturday, April 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Come as an individual or bring a group (service club, 4-H club, FFA, National Honor Society students, church groups…) For youth 8-15 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult.

Projects will include: cabin cleaning, raking, wood chipping trails, gathering tree limbs, painting, upgrading the gaga pit and putting up the new 9 square in the air. Please bring work gloves, rakes and extra tools. Camp will supply cleaning products and paint.

All volunteers will be provided a noon lunch on April 13. Please contact the camp office at 419-237-2247 by Monday, April 8, so we can plan you for lunch and assign work groups. (or email: goodson.34@osu.edu)
