Edgerton Branch Library’s Book Club Chooses Reading For 2017

“Open Horizons,” an adult book discussion group, meets at the Edgerton Branch Library the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm. Why not make plans now to join in during the upcoming year? If you love to read and discuss books, you are invited to come and participate and be a part of the group. Copies of the next book to be discussed are waiting at the library desk for anyone wishing to be a part of the club. Book selections have been chosen for January through May of 2017 and are as follows:

January 05: Recipes for Love and Murder by Sally Andrew
February 02: A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman
March 02: Dead Wake: The Last Crossing of the Lusitania by Erik Larson
April 06: Flash by Donna Ball
May 04: Beautiful Mystery by Louise Penny
June 01: A Walk in the Woods by Bill Bryson
July 06: The Woman in the Photo by Mary Hogan
August 03: Sweet Breath of Memory by Ariella Cohen
September 07: The Boys in the Boat: Nine Americans and their Quest for the Gold in the 1936 Berlin Olympics by Daniel James Brown
October 05: The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
November 02: Rosemary: the Hidden Kennedy Daughter by Kate Clifford Larson
December 07: Dance of the Bones by J.A. Jance
