The Williams Board of County Commissioners met briefly Jan. 26 to approve three resolutions.
The board approved transfers of $245 for the Airport Authority interest payment fund and $1,7611.48 for the Williams County Court of Common Pleas – Juvenile Division expenses.
Commissioners approved a proposal by Dean Beamont of Beamont Heating and Cooling for work on the south Annex’s basement HVAC system.
The board appointed Sean Rupp and Ed Kidston as representatives to serve on the Strategy Committee to help revise the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy. Funding to do the first revision since 2012 comes from the U.S. Economic Development Authority.
