“The fruit of light is found in all that is good and right and true.” This verse is from the book Ephesians, which the area Bible quizzers studied for the second NW Ohio Bible Quiz meet held at West Clinton Mennonite Church. For the Sunday, January 15 meet, the 13 teams were divided into three round robin groupings. Four teams emerged as winners for the day. Back, left, is part of Eastland Baptist’s team, Unbound, who had two wins and a tie. Pictured are siblings Isaiah, Grace and Lydia Sheldon. Middle back is North Clinton’s Guardians, who tied Central/House Church’s Secretly Feared 90-90 on the last question, resulting in both teams finishing 2-0-1 in their group. Team members are Anna Thomas, Logan Richer, Chris Foor and Sierra Rupp. Back right is Sonrise Community’s team, Chains of Gold, who won all four of their round robin matches with team members, Ronnie Adkins, Nathaniel Adkins, Karlee Reed, Chelsea McCreery and kneeling, front right, Samuel Clemens. Seated front, from left are Secretly Feared team members Leah Beltran, Isabella Ruiz, Hope Nofziger, Kate Nofziger and Lucia Rodriguez.
